Apraksts

  • Lead administration and efficient operation of Liebherr USA MCC Operations, Workshops, Rental Fleet Operations, Training, DiSC, Used Equipment Management, Sales Administration, and Warranty functions
  • Pursue continuous improvement and deliver against departmental goals
  • Reinforce Liebherr’s culture through coaching, motivation, leadership, training, and supervision
  • Oversee procurement and distribution of production and spare parts, components, products, and related services
  • Maintain efficient operations, organization, and working conditions across Liebherr MCC facilities
  • Lead annual budgeting and strategic planning aligned with global strategies
  • Build teams capable of delivering strategic objectives
  • Establish and maintain effective workshops
  • Help develop training for internal and external customers
  • Support DiSC activities and ensure customers have access to required digital tools
  • Implement warranty procedures and deliver identified performance metrics
  • Develop trade-in and customer-machine purchasing processes with the Used Equipment Manager
  • Support Sales Administration workflows and ongoing improvement
  • Maintain employee training programs and track progress
  • Oversee rental equipment and attachment inventory management and control
  • Direct the inspection, analysis, and market preparation of rental equipment
  • Establish expense controls and ensure departmental compliance
  • Improve process quality to strengthen cost performance
  • Advance safety through 6S initiatives and facility programs
  • Direct, coordinate, and assess the Operations, Workshops, Training, DiSC, and Continuous Improvement teams
  • Interview, hire, train, assign, direct, and evaluate employees; recognize performance, administer discipline, and resolve workplace issues
  • Manage a workforce of six or more employees

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline such as business, engineering, supply chain, or materials management
  • At least five years of progressive experience in product support and distribution
  • At least two years of experience in materials or manufacturing
  • Equivalent education and experience may be considered
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time
  • Ability to obtain and retain a valid driver’s license and passport
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
