  • Set enterprise architecture strategies to support business goals, operating models and technology investment.
  • Advise senior client stakeholders on business, data, application and technology architecture.
  • Establish architecture governance frameworks that meet client standards, regulatory requirements and industry practice.
  • Build and maintain transformation roadmaps across the enterprise.
  • Design scalable organisational structures, processes and capabilities using Target Operating Model expertise.
  • Work with client stakeholders, delivery teams and subject matter experts to implement solutions.
  • Lead architecture across transformation programmes.
  • Drive business change and adoption of new capabilities.
  • Support business development through client engagement, proposals, solution design and thought leadership.
  • Strengthen Envitia’s consulting practice through mentoring, knowledge sharing and ongoing improvement.
  • Guide work from strategy and advisory engagements through delivery and transition.

Prasības

  • Demonstrated success delivering enterprise architecture consulting engagements, leading complex client projects from strategy through implementation.
  • Consulting experience advising senior stakeholders on business transformation, organisational design, digital strategy and technology-led change.
  • Experience working with Central Government and/or Defence organisations.
  • Knowledge of governance, procurement, regulatory requirements and operating environments in Central Government and Defence.
  • Broad expertise in business, data, application, technology and security architecture.
  • Ability to develop integrated enterprise-wide solutions.
  • Skilled at engaging, influencing and building trusted relationships with senior leaders, executives and programme stakeholders.
  • Able to explain complex concepts clearly and credibly.
  • Experience defining enterprise strategies, target-state architectures, transformation roadmaps and business capability models.
  • Strong command of enterprise architecture frameworks and methods, such as TOGAF.
  • Experience designing and implementing Target Operating Models, operating frameworks and organisational capabilities.
  • Understanding of AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud in the context of enterprise transformation.
  • Experience establishing architecture governance, assurance frameworks and decision-making processes.
  • Commercial awareness and experience supporting business development, shaping opportunities, preparing proposals and contributing to client growth.
  • Collaborative, consulting-oriented approach.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain SC-level security clearance.
  • Professional certifications such as TOGAF, BCS Business Architecture, AWS or Azure are desirable.
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps and cloud-native delivery approaches is desirable.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary consulting teams and mentoring architects or consultants is desirable.
