Apraksts

  • Direct the annual legal and compliance risk review across Booking Holdings brands.
  • Work with stakeholders to improve processes and turn assessment findings into compliance programs and risk controls.
  • Counsel teams on internal policies and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Handle anti-bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest, gifts and entertainment, and third-party risk matters.
  • Apply AI and emerging technologies to strengthen compliance programs.
  • Create, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Support compliance training and awareness efforts.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for senior leaders.
  • Coordinate with global colleagues and act as a key contact for outside counsel and strategic third parties.
  • Report to the Director of Compliance & Ethics Counsel.

Prasības

  • J.D. or equivalent degree.
  • At least five years of relevant legal or compliance experience, including experience at a top law firm.
  • Expertise in anti-bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest, gifts and entertainment, and third-party risk management.
  • Ability to translate legal and regulatory requirements into practical guidance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound judgment, critical thinking, creativity, innovation, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
  • Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build effective partnerships and work independently with limited supervision.
