Apraksts

  • Shape each campaign’s central idea from brief and strategy through taglines, headlines, and storylines before design starts
  • Create copy for headlines, scripts, and pitch narratives
  • Lead and develop the Digital Creative team
  • Define the creative direction and give feedback that improves ideas and execution
  • Support the professional growth of team members
  • Maintain a clear, consistent core idea from pitch to launch
  • Present concepts in German to current and prospective clients
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Strategy
  • Apply AI tools to generate useful variations and accelerate production while retaining creative ownership

Prasības

  • Several years of experience as a copywriter or conceptual creative in a creative or advertising agency, including recent work in a senior position such as ACD, CD, or equivalent
  • A portfolio of campaigns built around an original big idea and delivered across multiple channels
  • Experience mentoring or leading people; experience with a small creative team is sufficient
  • Able to give constructive feedback that improves the work and respond well to feedback from others
  • C2-level German copywriting ability, with publication-ready language, confident style, and strong brand alignment
  • Good command of English
  • Located in Germany or Austria
  • Awards or shortlist recognition such as CCA Venus, Effie, ADC, or Cannes is welcome but not required
  • Experience creating social-first formats is helpful but not required
  • Living in or near Vienna is an advantage
