Analyze and standardize insurance data across enterprise applications at EXL. Build SQL mappings, data lineage, models, and transformation documentation for business and technical stakeholders.

- Engage client subject-matter experts to understand system functionality and data
- Profile data to evaluate quality and identify critical data elements
- Standardize reference and master data across applications
- Prepare data mapping and lineage documentation
- Create data models and design documents that explain mappings and transformations
Prasības
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three to six years of experience working with large-scale data applications
- Background in data analysis, data mapping, and data transformation
- Experience with Snowflake and a relational database
- Experience preparing business requirements documents and gathering requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication and tracking skills
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience creating source-to-target mappings (STTM)
- Exposure to data consolidation, transformation, and standardization
- Experience supporting insurance clients, particularly in the property and casualty (P&C) domain
- Knowledge of policy and claims lifecycles and reinsurance operations
- Ability to join a team quickly and work independently toward shared goals
- Knowledge of Data Vault 2.0 and data modeling is desirable
