Working Student – HR Strategy Consultant at RWE
Support strategic HR initiatives for RWE’s global Offshore Renewables business as a working student. Help prepare presentations, facilitate workshops, and contribute to international projects.

- Support the international HR Strategic Initiative team
- Contribute to business-critical projects across RWE’s global Offshore Renewables business
- Participate as a full team member in projects and initiatives from the outset
- Assist with strategic HR activities across the project life cycle
- Help plan and facilitate meetings and workshops
- Create stakeholder-focused concepts and presentations for senior leaders, including top executives and Board members
- Bring creative ideas and relevant skills to strengthen project outcomes
Reikalavimai
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, economics, business psychology, or a comparable discipline
- Strong academic performance
- Bachelor’s students must have completed at least four semesters
- Prior experience in HR strategy, consulting, process improvement, or lean management through internships or working student positions
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Dependable and highly committed
- Able to quickly understand and work on varied topics
- Strong service orientation
- Comfortable collaborating in an international team
- Fluent in German and English
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint
