Aprašymas

  • Build and maintain data pipelines with code produced by AI agents.
  • Create algorithms that turn data into useful information.
  • Investigate data issues and define logic for complex functions and scripts.
  • Review and guide AI-generated solutions to meet standards for simplicity, performance, and maintainability.
  • Take ownership of data models and quality, providing expert oversight of AI-produced results.
  • Identify new data sources and integrate them into data products.
  • Support data CI/CD, testing, and monitoring.
  • Develop prototypes and document key aspects of the work.
  • Build data models, ETL pipelines, and services for a multinational financial-sector client.
  • Establish and contribute to an effective agentic development framework.

Reikalavimai

  • Hold a bachelor's, master's, or PhD in mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, or another quantitative field.
  • Bring strong practical experience with dbt and SQL, the main data transformation stack on Databricks.
  • Have experience with or a strong interest in AI-driven, agentic development, and be comfortable directing and reviewing AI-generated code instead of writing it by hand.
  • Be able to establish and contribute to an effective agentic framework.
  • Have demonstrated Python programming experience; PySpark is an advantage.
  • Bring a software development background, including design patterns and unit testing, sufficient to review and validate AI-generated code.
  • Have demonstrated experience with data CI/CD, testing, and monitoring.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts and results clearly and in detail to non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.
  • Know data modelling, data quality, and data architecture concepts well.
  • Understand system design, data structures, algorithms, storage systems, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with agile projects and collaboration tools such as Jira or Confluence is an advantage.
  • Experience in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services is an advantage.
  • Communicate well in English at B2/C1 level.
