Aprašymas

  • Develop technical and functional solutions from high-level designs that meet customer requirements
  • Play a central role in project implementation delivery
  • Collaborate with functional consultants on technical solution design
  • Build reliable technical solutions in line with industry best practice
  • Contribute to design and build sprints as part of a dedicated project team
  • Support colleagues throughout project delivery
  • Create detailed technical designs and solutions for Customer Engagement projects
  • Provide occasional technical training tailored to customer needs
  • Deliver onsite consultancy when requested
  • Travel to client sites and Columbus offices as required

Reikalavimai

  • Show enthusiasm and ability to continually improve technical delivery for Customer Engagement solutions
  • Bring a strong interest in solving business problems and achieving technical excellence
  • Have experience with Agentic AI partners
  • Apply commercial judgment to identify and support potential opportunities
  • Pay close attention to detail and manage project risks and scope
  • Have experience working face to face with stakeholders
  • Be committed to customer service and maintaining quality across the team
  • Bring extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and D365 versions
  • Have practical experience with plugins, C# and JavaScript coding, and Power Platform
  • Hold a full driver's licence and have access to a vehicle
  • Be willing to travel to client sites, including overnight stays when needed
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external colleagues
  • Pursue ongoing development toward becoming a Trusted Advisor
