Aprašymas

  • Create and scale direct-response paid social campaigns for consumer health categories such as weight loss and GLP-1s, telehealth, and hair loss.
  • Produce at least two new video or static concepts each week, with research, strategic angles, hooks, copy, visual direction, production guidance, and test variations.
  • Use performance data to refresh creative weekly with new hooks, angles, formats, and static variations, and retire ads that underperform.
  • Lead concepts from initial idea to final delivery, directing talent and creators both on set and remotely.
  • Research audiences, competitors, customer reviews, and cultural conversations to uncover fresh creative angles.
  • Write scripts, hooks, headlines, calls to action, and ad copy for different formats and customer awareness stages.
  • Brief editors, production teams, and creators, then give clear creative feedback through final delivery.
  • Coordinate concepts and creative direction with the Creative Director.
  • Review creative results and turn performance insights into iterations and new tests.
  • Work with growth and media teams to connect creative work to business goals.
  • Apply AI tools to research, ideation, scripting, visualization, and production.
  • Check concepts against legal, platform, and brand guidelines before production.
  • Develop repeatable workflows that support faster testing and greater creative output.

Reikalavimai

  • Provide a portfolio of 3–5 direct-response projects you personally developed, conceived, or wrote, preferably video, and explain your contribution.
  • Show measurable outcomes for portfolio work, such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, or scaled spend.
  • Share examples of creative iterations informed by performance insights.
  • Bring at least three years of direct-response creative strategy experience in paid social.
  • Demonstrate strong direct-response skills, including hooks, consumer psychology, awareness stages, objections, mechanisms, offers, and proof.
  • Write compelling copy across formats and audiences.
  • Show strong visual judgment in composition, styling, pacing, editing, and social-first video and static creative.
  • Have experience directing talent and UGC creators, including remotely.
  • Have experience creating useful briefs and actionable feedback for editors, creators, and production teams.
  • Be able to interpret performance metrics and apply them to creative decisions.
  • Be comfortable using AI tools and have a clear perspective on where they are useful.
  • Be comfortable managing high-volume, fast-paced work from concept through delivery, including frequent concepts, variations, and optimizations.
  • Be a self-starter who can work in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.
  • Additional strengths include performance creative in weight loss and GLP-1s, telehealth, peptides, or hair loss; experience with advertising compliance in regulated health categories; journalism or documentary-style storytelling alongside UGC; and concepts for AI-generated video.
