Onsite Technical Service Engineer, South China
Provide onsite technical support to customers using MacDermid Alpha electronics materials and plating solutions in South China. Troubleshoot applications and production lines, and assist with new process setups.
Aprašymas
- Deliver regular onsite technical service to customers across South China
- Resolve customer product application issues
- Track customer production line performance
- Advise on new line setups and preparation of operating manuals for new processes
- Train customers on products
- Assist with sample builds for new business opportunities as needed
- Provide logistics support required for business activities
- Gather relevant information about customers, the industry, and competitors
- Handle other business-related duties assigned by the supervisor
Reikalavimai
- Electronic plating and MID plating experience, including electroless copper plating and ENEPIG, is preferred
- Experience with Apple surface treatment development is preferred
- Experience developing Apple projects
- Strong knowledge of specialty chemicals, formulations, and application processes
- Ability to quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer engagement and reporting
- Ability to manage technical projects and trials through completion
- Skill in analyzing performance data and identifying actionable insights
- Familiarity with CRM systems, technical documentation tools, and Microsoft Office
