Aprašymas

  • Partner with data scientists and engineers to advance ReflectAI® technology.
  • Use MediaPipe and MoveNet pose-estimation coordinates in your work.
  • Create algorithms to measure repetition counts, progress, speed, and exercise form from pose coordinates.
  • Build and train AI models.
  • Optimize models for specific hardware accelerators.
  • Apply statistical methods to reduce errors in complex occlusion scenarios.
  • Work with Product to understand and deliver technical and product requirements.
  • Partner with QA to fix issues and reduce bugs in staging and production releases.
  • Coordinate with Customer Support and Marketing to support regular, smooth feature releases.
  • Report to the CTO as part of the IT team.

Reikalavimai

  • Build and train AI models.
  • Extract features from time-series or sequential data.
  • Develop algorithms for real-time data processing and analysis.
  • Have a strong grounding in linear algebra, geometry, and basic calculus.
  • Understand probability and statistical analysis.
  • Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and write detailed project documentation.
  • Pay close attention to detail.
  • Work independently and take initiative.
  • Collaborate effectively with a team.
  • Bring enthusiasm for creating technology that can transform how people exercise; regular gym attendance is not required.
  • Use MediaPipe, MoveNet, or other machine-learning models, ideally for pose estimation.
  • Code in Kotlin, Java, or C++.
  • Use JIRA or other project management tools.
  • Work with Agile Scrum teams.
  • Have data science experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Understand proper technique for strength exercises such as squats and deadlifts, as well as other fitness activities.
  • Bring a product mindset and understand how to build products.
  • Have a passion for fitness, ideally with experience developing fitness products and exercising.
