  • Help European prospects and customers design technically sound workflows using ScorePlay
  • Partner with EMEA Sales to scope requirements, answer technical questions, lead RFP responses, and build trust with media, production, and IT stakeholders
  • Manage ScorePlay’s end-to-end responses to EMEA RFPs and tenders
  • Prepare RFP materials and coordinate contributions from Sales, Product, and Engineering
  • Provide technical leadership during complex evaluations involving archive migrations and multi-system environments
  • Participate in technical sales cycles to identify constraints, map workflows, and recommend suitable approaches
  • Convert customer objectives into end-to-end workflows spanning capture, ingest, ScorePlay management, and distribution
  • Create architecture diagrams and workflow documentation
  • Support Sales with deal scoping and cost inputs
  • Develop documentation, templates, and technical sales collateral
  • Respond to technical questions from regional sales teams
  • Share recurring workflow patterns and customer constraints with Product and Technology teams
  • Develop and manage relationships with systems integrators and workflow vendors
  • Coordinate partners when solutions involve multiple parties
  • Work with the Deployment Engineer to support effective post-signature handovers
  • Occasionally work directly with customers to remove blockers

Талаптар

  • Approximately 2–5 years of experience in a technical role involving direct customer interaction
  • Experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Implementation Specialist, Technical Account Manager, or engineer involved in pre-sales and solution design
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with media, broadcast, or Media Asset Management workflows is preferred
  • Ability to assess deal scope, tradeoffs, and drivers of complexity is preferred
  • Curiosity, self-direction, and comfort working while processes are still evolving
  • Ability to represent ScorePlay credibly and communicate tradeoffs transparently
  • Thoughtful use of AI
  • Residence within approximately one hour of a major international airport
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% of the time
  • Work authorization or visa sponsorship status must be addressed in the application
