Organize regulatory data, databases, document repositories, and electronic filing systems
Coordinate regulatory document collection and management across cross-functional teams
Monitor product registrations, renewals, regulatory commitments, and submission deadlines across markets
Maintain accurate, consistent data that meets internal quality and regulatory requirements
Contribute to process improvements, digitalization initiatives, and regulatory workflow optimization
Create and maintain templates, procedures, and best practices for managing regulatory documents and data
Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively in a deadline-focused environment

Талаптар

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Food Science, Chemistry, Regulatory Affairs, or a related discipline
At least five years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Operations, Regulatory Information Management, or a comparable environment
Proven experience in data management, document control, and regulatory records maintenance
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities
Ability to manage substantial volumes of information while maintaining accuracy and compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and regulatory information management systems
Strong communication skills and effective collaboration across cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and stay focused in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
Experience contributing to regulatory digitalization or document management initiatives
Understanding of global regulatory registration processes and product lifecycle management
Curiosity, strong problem-solving ability, and a commitment to continuous improvement
