Senior Marketing Business Intelligence Analyst

  • Review current reports and dashboards to find opportunities for improvement and reuse.
  • Develop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
  • Report on company performance, seasonal outlook, customer acquisition and retention, conversion, and product mix.
  • Create CRM and marketing funnel reports covering leads, appointments, outreach, and return conversion.
  • Build dashboards for customer segmentation, drilldowns, trend analysis, and performance comparisons.
  • Administer Power BI workspaces, deployments, access permissions, refresh schedules, and production support.
  • Maintain Power BI data connections and gateways, and troubleshoot related issues.
  • Report on experiments involving channels, offers, outreach, and customer experience.
  • Work with business stakeholders to turn reporting needs into analytical solutions.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Operations teams to deliver insights on customer growth, marketing effectiveness, CRM performance, and business results.

  • At least five years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting.
  • Expert Power BI development skills, including dashboard and report creation, DAX, advanced calculations, data modeling, semantic models, star schema design, performance optimization, and Power BI Service administration and deployment.
  • Expert SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Experience combining data from multiple sources into unified reporting solutions.
  • Experience publishing, supporting, and maintaining production Power BI environments.
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting Power BI gateways, data refreshes, and connections.
  • Ability to create dashboards and visualizations for executives.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • PTIN certification required.
  • Marketing, CRM, customer acquisition, or lifecycle analytics experience preferred.
  • Python experience preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM and marketing platforms preferred.
  • Experience supporting A/B testing and performance measurement preferred.
  • Experience in retail, franchising, financial services, or consumer services preferred.
