Produce key visuals, brand identities, and campaign adaptations across channels and formats
Set the art direction through decisions on visual language, composition, typography, color, imagery, and graphic elements
Design assets for social media, campaigns, presentations, corporate and commercial communications, events, advertising, landing pages, and print
Maintain consistent, high-quality visual execution across brands, audiences, channels, and formats
Turn communication goals and briefs into relevant, strategic, and creative visual solutions
Partner with Marketing, Social Media, Copywriting, Audiovisual, and other teams throughout production
Present creative concepts and defend design decisions while helping advance projects
Coordinate multiple design requests at once while preserving quality, independence, and deadlines
Track design trends, references, and market developments to introduce fresh ideas and improve deliverable standards

Талаптар

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Design, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline
Substantial professional experience in graphic design, including demonstrated art direction experience
Current portfolio showing work in campaigns, visual identities, key visuals, and campaign adaptations
Strong grasp of composition, visual hierarchy, typography, color, grids, image editing, and visual identity principles
Background in branding, campaigns, and creative production across varied channels and formats
Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and/or Canva
Ability to understand briefs and convert communication objectives into effective visual solutions
Creative, strategic, organized, self-directed, proactive, and collaborative approach
Clear communication, close attention to detail, and confidence receiving, applying, and advocating for creative decisions
Ability to prioritize competing requests and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
