Senior Fire Engineer - London Hybrid at RLB
Join RLB as a Fire Engineer supporting fire engineering, risk assessment, compliance, and consultancy services for public- and private-sector built environment clients. This hybrid London role combines site visits, client advice, project delivery, and fire safety compliance work.

- Support the preparation of PQQ and bid documentation
- Deliver client-focused quality assurance and compliance support
- Conduct site visits for a wide range of fire consultancy assignments
- Provide fire safety advice, guidance, and training to clients
- Engage with enforcing authorities on clients’ behalf when needed
- Guide clients on fire safety standards and business-relevant best practice
- Help expand and strengthen the fire consultancy service
- Contribute to the preparation of technical reports
- Deliver fire engineering work as part of the established multidisciplinary consultancy team

- A minimum Level 5 qualification in a fire-related discipline
- Extensive working knowledge of UK fire safety legislation
- Demonstrated experience delivering technically robust work
- Membership of the IFE, IFSM, or an equivalent professional body
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects with initiative and care
- Successful experience managing and developing team members
- Experience building new relationships and winning business
