Senior Commercial Analyst, Retail Partnerships
Develop strategic partners, networks, and points of sale for Sem Parar Corpay, strengthening the Retail channel. Drive sales, productivity, and channel expansion.

- Build commercial relationships with strategic networks, partners, and points of sale.
- Plan, negotiate, and monitor commercial growth initiatives with key accounts.
- Find ways to increase sales, partner engagement, and productivity.
- Monitor commercial KPIs, results, and action plans, and recommend ongoing improvements.
- Coordinate partners and internal teams, aligning work with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Product, Operations, and other departments.
- Grow the Retail channel by developing strategic partners, networks, and points of sale to improve productivity, expand reach, and support sustainable growth.
- Help develop and manage strategic partners, improving point-of-sale productivity and commercial relationships while advancing the Retail channel’s presence and performance.

- Experience in commercial operations, partner management, strategic accounts, or business development.
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing corporate client relationships.
- Analytical ability to monitor KPIs and create action plans.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or commercial management tools.
- Retail, indirect channel, distributor, or franchise network experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience managing or developing key accounts is preferred but not required.
- Power BI knowledge is preferred but not required.
- Experience with sales channel activation, incentive, or productivity initiatives is preferred but not required.
