Senior Business Partner, Inventory Flow
Partner with Target Store Operations to improve inventory flow, replenishment, and store capabilities. Support enterprise initiatives that strengthen store efficiency and the guest experience.

- Lead and support projects that build capabilities and improve the systems, processes, and decision logic for moving inventory into stores.
- Keep store needs central to enterprise decisions on inventory, replenishment, and operational capabilities.
- Support end-to-end store improvement initiatives through process updates, greater efficiency, and better experiences for team members and guests.
- Gather data, insights, and research to shape cohesive team strategies aligned with enterprise needs.
- Work proactively with clients and take ownership of business challenges and solutions.
- Represent Store Operations in enterprise initiatives spanning multiple organizational levels.
- Communicate store impacts clearly and ensure they are understood.
- Set the approach to the work and manage progress through check-ins on key objectives.

- Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
- Four to six years of operations experience, preferably in retail.
- Ability to build and maintain cross-functional working relationships.
- Ability to manage projects effectively in an ambiguous environment.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Developing ability to use AI and generative AI workflows to identify opportunities, prioritize work, analyze root causes, and improve operational responsiveness.
- Target store experience and/or inventory management operational strategy experience preferred.
- Work must be performed within the country of the primary work location, except where Target prescribes otherwise.
