Perform lease accounting activities under GAAP and ASC 842
Set up new leases and complete lease reviews
Initiate lease payments
Maintain lease management software and submit accurate month-end financial data
Provide lease documentation for month-end close, budget preparation, and external audits
Advise lease contacts on maintaining accurate data
Coordinate financial controls and monitor lease-processing data accuracy
Review lease processes and verify compliance with internal controls
Investigate variance issues and communicate findings to the supervisor or manager
Prepare and submit analytical financial data
Support budget and external audit documentation
Participate in performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives
Perform other assigned duties

Талаптар

Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance, or a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or Business Management with a concentration in Accounting or Finance
Previous experience with Accounting Standards Codification ASC 842 or lease accounting is preferred
Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Analytical and interpretive skills are preferred
Ability to remain seated for extended periods
Work is performed in a normal office environment
