Remote Analytics Engineer – Healthcare Education
Build reliable data models, pipelines, and dashboards for healthcare education programs. Support institutional reporting, self-service analytics, and data-informed student success.

- Create and maintain analytics-ready data models for reporting, dashboards, and advanced analysis.
- Convert data from multiple sources into clean, reliable, well-documented datasets.
- Turn business needs into technical data models, metrics, and KPIs.
- Build and maintain semantic layers, shared metric definitions, and supporting documentation.
- Improve data models for speed, scalability, and ease of maintenance.
- Help establish analytics engineering standards, tools, and data governance practices.
- Extract, transform, and load data from varied systems and sources.
- Develop and maintain automated pipelines, scripts, and ingestion workflows.
- Work with data engineers on pipelines, schemas, and sound engineering practices.
- Explore data to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Use statistical, analytical, and modeling methods to produce actionable insights.
- Create and deliver interactive dashboards and reports.
- Present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support self-service analytics with dependable datasets and metrics.
- Test, validate, and monitor data to maintain quality.
- Investigate and fix data inconsistencies and quality problems.
- Establish data quality controls that keep analytics accurate and trustworthy.
Талаптар
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational data models.
- Experience using data transformation tools such as dbt or comparable frameworks.
- Experience converting raw data into clean, dependable, well-documented datasets.
- Familiarity with modern data warehouses and ELT or ETL pipelines.
- Sound knowledge of data modeling, metric design, and data quality practices.
- Experience translating business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
- Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills.
