Convert inbound leads into sales opportunities for FloWater’s refill-station business. Manage discovery calls, CRM pipeline activity, and customer expansion from the Denver office.

- Convert inbound leads across direct sales, residential sales, and existing-customer expansion
- Lead discovery calls, present FloWater’s Refill Station, and manage opportunities through signed agreements
- Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data to support dependable forecasting
- Represent FloWater’s mission and culture in every customer conversation
- Meet a monthly sales quota
- Partner with the Sales Manager to expand FloWater’s national footprint

- At least two years of experience in inside sales, business development, or account management
- Located in Denver, Colorado
- Available to work onsite with the inside sales team
- Comfortable managing a high-volume, inbound-lead sales environment
- Self-directed and accountable for pipeline development and results
- Familiarity with Zendesk, HubSpot, and/or NetSuite
- Able to adapt as FloWater’s go-to-market approach evolves
- Genuinely aligned with FloWater’s mission and culture
