  • Join Bowman and Brooke LLP’s Automotive Warranty and Product Liability Practice Group in its Minneapolis office.
  • Drive case development from day to day.
  • Take depositions and defend clients in depositions.
  • Work directly with clients.
  • Coordinate with technical experts.
  • Oversee key discovery tasks.
  • Prepare and argue motions.
  • Assist partners with strategic litigation planning.
  • Help prepare for and execute trials.
  • Work with colleagues across offices to provide tailored, strategic legal counsel.

Талаптар

  • Hold a JD from an accredited law school.
  • Be an active member of the Minnesota Bar.
  • Bring at least four years of litigation experience.
  • Understand current state and federal court procedures.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and orally.
  • Show strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
  • Trial experience is preferred but not required.
