  • Guide inbound prospects through consultative sales, from understanding their business needs to closing deals.
  • Track leads through the sales funnel, assess their needs, and monitor performance.
  • Demonstrate the product and follow up on proposals.
  • Share prospective customer feedback with Marketing and Product, and identify ways to improve conversion rates.
  • Respond to prospects on WhatsApp, email, chat, and other channels, following up to convert interest into sales.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet sales and revenue targets.
  • Use Vobi’s SaaS platform for small and medium-sized construction companies to manage projects, worksites, and business operations.

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A curious, investigative approach to solving problems.
  • Empathy to understand and guide customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Sales experience.
  • Teamwork skills and flexibility as responsibilities change.
  • SaaS experience is an advantage.
  • Construction industry experience is desirable.
  • Recent graduates with initiative, ownership, accountability, and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.
