  • Set the strategic direction for the sandwich category across retail, convenience, foodservice, travel, workplace and emerging channels.
  • Create and deliver strategies to grow the category.
  • Identify market trends, consumer behaviour and commercial opportunities.
  • Develop customer propositions and sell-in presentations.
  • Build innovation pipelines with the NPD and Category teams.
  • Find new routes to market and improve commercial performance.
  • Set long-term plans for category growth.
  • Spot private-label gaps and emerging customer needs.
  • Create insight-led propositions for current and prospective customers.
  • Contribute to tenders, pitches and range reviews.
  • Develop innovation ideas in response to customer needs.
  • Take new brand concepts from initial idea through launch.
  • Prepare business cases and commercial recommendations.
  • Lead proposition development, positioning and launch strategies.
  • Test and refine concepts using consumer insight.
  • Report to the Consumer Foods Marketing Controller.

Талаптар

  • At least three years of experience in brand management, innovation, commercial marketing or a comparable FMCG role.
  • A proven record of achieving measurable commercial growth.
  • Sound knowledge of brand strategy, positioning, consumer insight, innovation and activation.
  • Commercial confidence and experience with revenue, volume, margin, pricing, distribution and business cases.
  • Experience developing and launching products or customer propositions.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex market and performance data into clear actions.
