- Conduct competitive intelligence research and evaluate educational content
- Work with internal and external partners to turn findings into strategic recommendations and practical insights
- Generate content ideas with authors, subject-matter experts, and industry partners
- Create and maintain strategic records, content trackers, and an author talent database
- Develop and refresh competitive benchmarks that support editorial planning and decisions
- Act as the primary contact for customer-reported content issues that prevent progress
- Coordinate across teams to resolve content-related issues promptly and effectively
