Business Manager Apprentice – Thiga (Paris Hybrid)
Join Thiga as a Business Manager apprentice at a French Product and AI consultancy. Manage client accounts, oversee engagements, and help develop new commercial opportunities.

- Manage 2 to 3 accounts across large companies, start-ups, and scale-ups
- Track engagements through regular discussions with consultants and clients
- Spot risks early and handle contractual details such as dates, rates, and renewals
- Maintain high standards across client engagements
- Strengthen client relationships and map their Product organizations
- Create relationship-building opportunities through lunches, events, and Thiga content
- Discover and qualify client business needs
- Design suitable engagement structures with Louis and Romain
- Recommend the most relevant consultant profile at the appropriate time
- Find additional departments to approach within established accounts
- Build expertise in consulting sales, Product and AI, and the industrial sector
- Lead 4 to 6 client meetings independently each month from the sixth month
- Secure 2 new engagements within existing accounts before the work-study placement ends
- Work closely with Louis, Senior Account Manager, and Romain, Business Line Director

- Currently enrolled in a Master's program at a business school, engineering school, or university
- Seeking a work-study or apprenticeship contract
- Available for a schedule of 3 weeks at the company and 1 week at school
- Schedules split between 3 company days and 2 school days are not eligible
- Interested in business development and the digital sector
- Confident meeting new clients, understanding their needs, engaging decision-makers, and discussing strategy
- Has completed an end-to-end project that involved persuading someone to participate
- Self-directed while working effectively as part of a team
- Curious about AI and major shifts in technology
- Able to communicate in spoken English, including at beginner level
- Interest in the industrial sector is helpful but not required
