- Maintain the Mosaic animal management database and support data integrity.

- Hold a degree with limited relevant experience, an advanced diploma with at least one year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education or training.
- Demonstrated experience in administration and coordination.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience maintaining databases, ensuring data integrity, and supporting and training users.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated initiative and sound judgement, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Understanding of animal research, including accurate data collection, compliance and record keeping.
- Knowledge of relevant Animal Ethics, Biosafety, Biosecurity and Workplace Health and Safety requirements, or ability to acquire it quickly.
- Unrestricted Australian work rights for the duration of the appointment.
- Satisfactory medical clearances and participation in ongoing health monitoring procedures and control measures are required.
- Working with laboratory animals is an inherent requirement of the role.
