Description
- Respond to customer inquiries by email and social media.
- Manage communities across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other channels.
- Help plan AI-assisted posts.
- Create social media content, including static posts and videos.
- Track marketing metrics.
- Help manage the creator partnership pipeline.
- Take on additional tasks and small independent projects aligned with your interests and business needs.
Requirements
- Be currently enrolled at a German university or other higher education institution.
- Ideally, have at least three semesters remaining in your studies.
- Be based in Germany.
- Have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Be interested in nutrition, health, and lifestyle.
- Bring empathy, reliability, and an independent approach to work.
- Previous social media and customer support experience is a plus.
- Availability for occasional weekend work is an advantage.
