Opis

  • Respond to customer inquiries by email and social media.
  • Manage communities across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other channels.
  • Help plan AI-assisted posts.
  • Create social media content, including static posts and videos.
  • Track marketing metrics.
  • Help manage the creator partnership pipeline.
  • Take on additional tasks and small independent projects aligned with your interests and business needs.

Zahteve

  • Be currently enrolled at a German university or other higher education institution.
  • Ideally, have at least three semesters remaining in your studies.
  • Be based in Germany.
  • Have excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Be interested in nutrition, health, and lifestyle.
  • Bring empathy, reliability, and an independent approach to work.
  • Previous social media and customer support experience is a plus.
  • Availability for occasional weekend work is an advantage.
