Vice President of Sales

Lead sales growth for XO’s private jet membership business, expanding revenue and memberships. Manage strategic accounts, client relationships, contracts, and sales performance.

Description

  • Grow and manage existing accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, peers, and operating partners
  • Drive new revenue and memberships through referrals and prospecting
  • Identify opportunities that increase revenue and incremental profit
  • Advise clients on membership and trip options
  • Oversee the end-to-end client experience with Account Management
  • Escalate client service disruptions to leadership
  • Maintain at least $10 million in trailing-twelve-month revenue and sell two deposits monthly
  • Sustain 90% retention of primary revenue
  • Assess customer trip needs and recommend appropriate options
  • Verify that operators meet quality assurance standards
  • Manage and negotiate contracts
  • Prepare and submit sales proposals and supporting materials
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Act as a peer, mentor, coach, brand leader, and XO culture ambassador
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization
  • Report pipeline activity and client retention to leadership

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of sales experience
  • Experience in private aviation is desirable
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong service orientation and customer-focused behavior
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience working in the region
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and ambitious
  • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States
  • Must complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
