UX/UI Designer – Montreal Hybrid Contract

Contract UX/UI Designer shaping user journeys, wireframes, and interfaces for Kabam’s free-to-play mobile games. Works closely with design, art, and technical teams.

Description

  • Define the UX/UI scope and expected impact for assigned project briefs
  • Collect feature requirements with design, art, and technical leads
  • Create user flows, wireframes, UI assets, and feature specifications
  • Develop visual and interaction designs for defined deliverables
  • Present design concepts and supporting rationale at milestone reviews
  • Handle additional UX/UI work needed to meet internal production deadlines
  • Review gameplay flows and recommend focused user-experience improvements
  • Hand off completed design assets and documentation to internal teams

Requirements

  • At least three years of professional experience in UI and/or UX design
  • Advanced proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Photoshop
  • Ability to distill complex information into clear, intuitive user-interface solutions
  • Experience with and commitment to inclusive design practices
  • Strong visual design capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
