Description

  • Make cold calls and send email and LinkedIn outreach in Turkish and English.
  • Connect with decision-makers and present the company’s services.
  • Assess prospects according to their needs, interest, and business fit.
  • Arrange qualified meetings and discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Maintain regular follow-up and keep the sales pipeline active.
  • Ensure prospect records and outreach details remain accurate and current.

Requirements

  • Fluent Turkish and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Background in business development, sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.
  • Comfort with cold calling and proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Confidence engaging business owners and other decision-makers.
  • Strong research, organization, and follow-up abilities.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and motivated by measurable goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn, or other sales prospecting tools is preferred.
