Temporary Traffic Analyst – Onsite in Querétaro

Coordinate shipments, transportation, and customs documentation for MANN+HUMMEL in Querétaro. MANN+HUMMEL develops filtration solutions for vehicles, industry, and sustainable water management worldwide.

Description

  • Monitor ground, air, and ocean transportation services.
  • Coordinate customs operations and related documentation.
  • Track shipments from origin to destination.
  • Keep internal and external customers informed about cargo and service status.
  • Request and follow up on quotes from carriers and logistics providers.
  • Track invoices, expenses, budgets, and CAPEX.
  • Ensure delivery timelines and costs comply with established rate schedules.
  • Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • One to two years of experience in traffic management, logistics, transportation, or customs.
  • Experience tracking ground, air, and ocean shipments.
  • Working knowledge of IMMEX, VUCEM, Mexico’s Customs Law, and Incoterms.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong command of Excel.
  • Education in International Trade, Customs, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Analytical, organized, and effective problem-solving skills.
