Description
- Deliver welcoming service and recommend products that match customer needs
- Drive sales growth within the department
- Present complementary products and additional services
- Guide customers through their home improvement projects
- Keep self-service areas fully stocked, clean, and well-presented
- Support product presentation through displays and window merchandising
- Increase commercial performance through in-store promotions and initiatives
- Work with direction from the Department Manager and Area Manager
Requirements
- Bring a commercially focused approach and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Show strong interest in the department’s product range
- Demonstrate drive, competitiveness, and enthusiasm for meeting challenges
- Use strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous sales experience is preferred
