Description
- Advise customers on applying product capabilities to business processes and implementation scenarios
- Develop technical designs from functional specifications
- Create Apriso processes with Process Builder
- Build interfaces and mappings using Apriso or third-party tools
- Configure and extend the Apriso software suite
- Develop integrations with external systems and hardware
- Prepare technical and functional test plans and uphold software quality
- Conduct system and integration testing with customers at their sites
- Support the MES solution through transition to the support team
- Maintain quality across the completed solution
- Lead a small team of analysts, developers, testers, or engineers while delivering a project module
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, instrumentation technology, or an equivalent field
- Six to eight years of experience in MES and manufacturing, including machine integration, PLCs, and SCADA
- Professional experience with an Apriso version released between 2016 and 2023
- Strong working knowledge of Apriso Production, Process Builder, Machine Integrator, and Business Integrator
- Experience configuring Apriso Machine Integrator with PLCs, SCADA, and industrial hardware through OPC DA/UA or serial communication
- Experience integrating Apriso with SAP or Oracle ERP using Business Integrator
- Experience with unit and system integration testing, diagnosing data exchange errors, and resolving connectivity issues
- Experience preparing functional and technical designs, configuration guides, and support runbooks
- Technical proficiency in JavaScript, C#, HTML5, SQL Server, and Oracle databases
- Knowledge of OPC UA/DA, MQTT, or PLC-to-MES data mapping
- Hands-on experience with Process Builder, machine integration, and business integration
- Experience creating ERP and OPC integration mappings
- Familiarity with source control and versioning practices, including scripts for database objects
- Well-versed in SDLC methodologies
