Senior System Integration and Testing Expert – Mobileye, Munich Hybrid

Lead system integration and testing for Mobileye’s advanced automotive platforms in a Munich hybrid role. Own ECU verification, deployment, debugging, and test strategy for autonomous vehicle programs with OEMs.

Description

  • Own integration and test strategy for features across multi-SoC ECU platforms
  • Align integration and testing requirements with OEM partners
  • Lead root-cause analysis and debugging for complex integration and test failures, defining the technical approach for the broader team
  • Coordinate internal and external software suppliers around integration and testing milestones and deployment schedules
  • Partner with hardware and software teams to identify, track, and resolve integration dependencies and defects
  • Set up and commission new laboratory environments while maintaining existing lab infrastructure
  • Create and maintain test strategies, test cases, test reports, and traceability documentation
  • Mentor and provide review guidance to integration and test engineers without formal people-management duties
  • Support the development of advanced automotive products, including semi-autonomous and fully autonomous vehicles

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline
  • 7+ years of system integration and testing experience, including demonstrated technical leadership
  • Deep understanding of vehicle topology and ECU system architecture
  • Strong communication skills for technical discussions and stakeholder collaboration
  • Demonstrated success leading integration and testing for complex multi-SoC systems
  • Knowledge of applicable industry standards, test methodologies, and homologation processes
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe for workshops
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Experience leading test execution and validation for multi-SoC ECU deployments
  • Knowledge of ECU debugging, secure boot, and system hardening
  • Ability to resolve conflicts in design and testing decisions
  • German language proficiency is an advantage
