Tax Content Manager

EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Content Manager to build and govern knowledge resources across its Tax practice. The role develops accurate, reusable content and works with Tax, Practice, Industry, and Growth teams.

Description

  • Manage the Tax knowledge and content library
  • Design systems for organizing, maintaining, and retrieving content across the Tax practice
  • Work with Tax professionals, Practice and Industry teams, and Growth to produce clear, client-focused materials
  • Review Tax content for technical accuracy, relevance, quality, and commercial value
  • Document institutional knowledge so it remains accessible and reusable
  • Define content standards, governance practices, naming conventions, metadata, and lifecycle procedures
  • Assess knowledge and content gaps and set development priorities with practice leaders
  • Promote adoption and continuously improve the Tax knowledge and content ecosystem
  • Report to the Chief Growth Officer, Tax
  • Coordinate with Tax, Practice, Industry, and Growth teams

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business, or a related discipline is required
  • Strong knowledge of tax services and the accounting-firm environment is required
  • At least three years of experience in an accounting firm’s Tax practice
  • An advanced degree in Taxation, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Ten to twelve years of experience in the accounting industry is preferred
  • At least five years of Tax practice experience in content creation or knowledge management is preferred
  • Experience working across Tax and other firm functions
  • Ability to manage content in line with confidentiality, reuse, and accessibility standards
