- Work with creative and production teams to deliver scripts that are ready to produce.
- Apply AI tools to research, generate ideas, draft, and refine content while preserving accuracy and originality.
- Write with a focus on viewer attention, comprehension, and sustained watch time.
Requirements
- Experience writing for short-form video, digital media, YouTube, Reels, edutainment, or creator-led content.
- Strong command of hooks, retention, pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement principles.
- Skilled at researching, fact-checking, and simplifying information.
- Able to write conversational, engaging scripts rather than conventional articles or blog posts.
- Native or highly proficient Tamil language skills.
- Understands how written scripts are translated into visual and video storytelling.
- Comfortable using AI tools for content research, ideation, and refinement.
- Demonstrates creative judgment, close attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
