Description

  • Complete a 16-week rotation across Post-Market and Sustaining Engineering assignments
  • Contribute to projects spanning process improvement, test validation, production, manufacturing transfer, supplier engineering, quality, analytics, materials, and research and development
  • Apply engineering knowledge to prepare project deliverables and technical documentation
  • Follow the Quality Management System, FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulatory standards
  • Complete required training and actively pursue professional development
  • Communicate and collaborate professionally with colleagues across the global organization
  • Meet established quality and productivity standards
  • Work effectively both independently and collaboratively with limited supervision

Requirements

  • Be a college or university student entering sophomore, junior, or senior year the following fall semester, or a graduate student enrolled in Engineering
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred
  • Provide proof of enrollment at an accredited college or university
  • Record and analyze data, then communicate conclusions and recommendations clearly in writing
  • Be able to work in onsite and hybrid office settings
  • Remain seated for extended periods and use close visual acuity while working with computers and equipment
  • Occasionally lift items with minimal exertion during the work shift
  • Use required personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, a lab coat, and gloves
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills
  • Work successfully both collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision
  • Remain composed and receptive in fast-paced situations
  • Follow safety, quality, training, and attendance requirements, including regular punctuality
