Description

  • Contribute to a nine-week summer analyst program focused on private markets investing
  • Engage with active investment opportunities and transaction work
  • Join an investment team covering private equity, real estate, infrastructure, royalties, or partnership strategies
  • Learn how teams source and evaluate investments, conduct due diligence, close transactions, and manage portfolio assets
  • Complete an individual investment project and present a proposed opportunity to the team
  • Complete structured training in private markets investing
  • Collaborate with experienced investors and senior firm leaders
  • May progress to the full-time Financial Analyst Program after successful completion

Requirements

  • Applicants should be in the second-to-last or final year of an undergraduate or graduate program
  • Applications are welcomed from all academic disciplines, including engineering, computer science, mathematics, natural sciences, business, law, humanities, and social sciences
  • Demonstrated academic excellence
  • Strong reasoning skills paired with genuine intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to work with data, evaluate its reliability, recognize patterns, and communicate findings
  • Proficiency with digital and AI tools
  • Sound critical thinking, an understanding of limitations, and responsible decision-making
  • Ability to show how technology can improve the quality, efficiency, and organization of work
  • Interest in the role of AI in investment workflows and financial markets
  • Some exposure to coding, data visualization, statistical analysis, or workflow automation
  • Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
  • Ability to make complex topics accessible, write clearly, listen attentively, and collaborate across varied academic and professional backgrounds
  • A strong sense of ownership, dependable work habits, and consistently high standards
  • Fluent English, the firm’s business language
  • Authorization to work full-time in Switzerland; applicants are generally Swiss or EU nationals or students pursuing education in Switzerland
  • Swiss work visa sponsorship is not available
  • English-language resume
