Description
- Manage student applicant recruitment through introductory interviews, soft-skills assessments, and career consultations
- Support applicants during course registration and contracting
- Prepare contracts and keep course records accurate
- Attend online and in-person recruitment events, including Open Days and Q&A sessions
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Mentor teams
- Lead applicants through the admissions process from initial contact to course start
Requirements
- A degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in Sales, Sourcing, or Recruitment is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hungarian and English
- Proactive, self-directed approach to work
- Enjoyment of communicating with and supporting others
- Comfort with making daily calls and consistently following up with prospects
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Confidence in making procedural decisions and applying sound judgment
