Spanish Bilingual Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager

Description

  • Initiate insurance claims and act as the main contact for adjusters and insurance carriers.
  • Request, monitor, and organize medical records, bills, and police reports.
  • Track clients’ treatment progress and stay informed about its outcomes.
  • Identify and address lien and subrogation matters proactively.
  • Work with lead paralegals to assemble complete, accurate files for demand preparation.
  • Guide clients through pre-litigation with daily communication.
  • Track case schedules and meet milestones accurately.
  • Find and remove workflow inefficiencies to improve speed and accuracy.
  • Maintain strong documentation, file integrity, and communication standards.
  • Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution, including demand preparation, final liens, and case closure.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in personal injury legal operations, case management, or insurance claims.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to follow processes in fast-paced, high-volume settings.
  • Professional, clear communication with clients, medical providers, attorneys, and insurers.
  • A sense of ownership and commitment to quality and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
  • Spanish-English bilingual proficiency.
  • Must reside in the United States.
  • Pacific Time Zone business hours are not required.
