Spanish Bilingual Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager
Manage pre-litigation personal injury claims for EvenUp’s legal technology platform, coordinating records, liens, and client care. Prepare demand-ready case files in a remote, U.S.-based role.
Tavsif
- Initiate insurance claims and act as the main contact for adjusters and insurance carriers.
- Request, monitor, and organize medical records, bills, and police reports.
- Track clients’ treatment progress and stay informed about its outcomes.
- Identify and address lien and subrogation matters proactively.
- Work with lead paralegals to assemble complete, accurate files for demand preparation.
- Guide clients through pre-litigation with daily communication.
- Track case schedules and meet milestones accurately.
- Find and remove workflow inefficiencies to improve speed and accuracy.
- Maintain strong documentation, file integrity, and communication standards.
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution, including demand preparation, final liens, and case closure.
Talablar
- At least three years of experience in personal injury legal operations, case management, or insurance claims.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and self-motivation.
- Ability to follow processes in fast-paced, high-volume settings.
- Professional, clear communication with clients, medical providers, attorneys, and insurers.
- A sense of ownership and commitment to quality and accountability.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
- Spanish-English bilingual proficiency.
- Must reside in the United States.
