Solutions Architect (France Remote)

Description

  • Analyze customer challenges and translate them into relevant Cohere solutions
  • Collaborate with account executives, partners, and executive leadership
  • Act as the trusted technical advisor and manage technical stakeholder relationships
  • Drive internal and external adoption of Cohere products
  • Capture customer feedback to inform future product development
  • Lead the design and delivery of pilots for strategic enterprise and government customers
  • Guide the technical narrative from discovery and architecture through pilot results and the business case
  • Provide structured customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams
  • Lead technical discussions during customer calls
  • Design enterprise architectures for North deployments
  • Provide in-depth answers on customer questions and Cohere technology
  • Work with customer executives to prioritize use cases, define success metrics, and build the AI adoption business case
  • Coordinate customer evaluations and pilots within existing technology stacks
  • Create and document processes that help Solutions Architecture and adjacent teams scale
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to align offerings with customer needs
  • Work with partners to develop strategies that enable and accelerate their customers

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, such as consulting data scientist, forward-deployed engineer, deployment strategist, or solutions architect
  • Experience moving AI or data solutions from executive problem definition into production
  • Strong interest in agentic AI
  • Practical knowledge of where large language models create production value and where they do not
  • Sound understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including training, evaluation, and retrieval
  • Ability to design evaluation frameworks for customer pilots
  • Excellent communication skills with both executive and technical audiences
  • Ability to work effectively amid ambiguity and create high-impact structures and processes
  • Comfort using Python and assistive coding tools
  • Professional fluency in English for business and technical communication
  • Preferred: fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian
