Description

  • Partner with UX designers to build client-side applications using a microservices-based front end
  • Develop and maintain complex React front-end and Node.js back-end applications
  • Integrate client-side and server-side systems to deliver responsive, scalable, and secure web applications
  • Create user interfaces and front-end modules within the Micro Focus framework
  • Uphold accessibility, performance, and usability standards
  • Build and refine UI components according to enterprise design systems and technical standards
  • Guide applications through the full software development lifecycle, from requirements and system design to deployment and maintenance
  • Support reliable releases through continuous integration, code reviews, and automated testing

Requirements

  • Demonstrated front-end and back-end development skills with React and Node.js; this skill combination is required
  • Experience working with a Micro Focus front end
  • Experience managing applications across the complete project lifecycle
  • Extensive experience delivering software through Agile development processes
  • Experience working effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Understanding of key applications and products in the Science, Medicine, and Education business sectors
