Description

  • Submit an existing software repository for review of its potential licensing value
  • Receive a codebase assessment against the applicable acceptance criteria
  • Consider a licensing transaction if the repository meets the qualification requirements
  • Review the estimated value before choosing whether to proceed
  • Receive payment under the agreed licensing terms when a transaction is completed

Requirements

  • Experience developing software or ownership of an existing product, application, or code repository
  • Complete ownership of, or legal authority to license, the submitted source code
  • Access to original repositories, including discontinued products, abandoned projects, internal tools, or independently developed software
  • Submitted code must exclude third-party material that you are not authorized to sublicense

Benefits

  • Payment is provided under agreed licensing terms if a transaction is completed
  • Standard non-exclusive licensing pays $100 per 1M source-code tokens
  • Standard non-exclusive licensing pays $40 per 1M Git-history tokens
