Site Reliability Engineer — Ukraine Remote
Build reliable, secure cloud-native AI platforms for biotech and pharmaceutical companies. Develop automation, observability, and infrastructure for enterprise deployments.
Description
- Set and track service objectives and error budgets for critical platform services
- Create and improve CI/CD pipelines to support dependable software releases
- Design and operate scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code
- Deploy platform-wide monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting
- Work with engineering teams to integrate reliability practices throughout development
- Coordinate incident response and lead post-incident reviews
- Automate operational work to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
- Assist with security and compliance for enterprise deployments
- Maintain platform scalability, reliability, and availability
- Help shape infrastructure architecture and operational strategy
Requirements
- At least four years of experience in site reliability, DevOps, or platform engineering
- Practical experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Solid experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Pulumi, or another Infrastructure-as-Code tool
- Experience using observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus
- Understanding of incident management and production operations
- Knowledge of security practices and enterprise compliance standards
- Experience with Python or Go for scripting and automation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency
