Senior Urology Territory Manager - Teleflex (Minneapolis, Onsite)

Lead Teleflex’s Minneapolis territory for UroLift System and Barrigel products. Grow urology accounts, train physicians, manage forecasts, and build strategic customer relationships.

Description

  • Drive quarterly sales performance for the UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer products
  • Create and maintain monthly and quarterly territory plans
  • Prepare accurate monthly sales forecasts
  • Present product value propositions to customers
  • Identify, train, and develop accounts integrating products into urology practices
  • Track market conditions and recommend improvements to commercial processes
  • Work with Professional Education teams to provide clinical training for physicians
  • Build relationships with key customers and opinion leaders
  • Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers, Sales, and Marketing to prioritize strategic accounts
  • Partner with Customer Service to deliver strong customer experiences
  • Submit required sales reports with Regional Sales Managers and Finance
  • Support the handling of product complaints and safety concerns
  • Follow organizational objectives, policies, procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and FDA regulations
  • Represent the organization professionally with physicians, consultants, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Control travel and expense spending within the approved budget

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 4–5 years of relevant experience in the medical device industry
  • Strong knowledge of urology products and procedures
  • Operating room experience is required
  • Record of consistently exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience launching new or disruptive urology technologies is preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and flexibility when priorities change
  • Analytical ability to improve business plans and sales methods
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50%–60% with a valid driver’s license and strong driving record
  • Ability to complete overnight travel when needed
  • Ability to obtain and maintain credentials required by hospitals and medical facilities
  • Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and FDA regulations
