Senior UI/UX Designer – International Hiring
Design accessible web and mobile experiences for ERNI’s global software engineering clients. Lead research, prototyping, usability testing, and design handoffs.
Description
- Lead user research and usability testing
- Evaluate user feedback to improve digital experiences
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes with Figma and comparable tools
- Design responsive, mobile-first, and accessible web and mobile experiences across platforms and screen sizes
- Produce high-fidelity interface designs that follow design systems, brand standards, and usability principles
- Partner with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver feasible designs that support business goals
- Present design concepts and prototypes, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and users
- Prepare design specifications, style guides, user flows, and handoff materials
- Support design activities throughout product development and implementation
- Contribute to digital product governance and ongoing improvement initiatives
Requirements
- At least five years of professional UI/UX design experience supported by a strong portfolio
- Demonstrated experience designing mobile applications or mobile-first products for iOS and/or Android
- Advanced capability with Figma, wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, usability testing, and user-centered design
- Experience designing enterprise applications, ideally for operations, procurement, financial management, or comparable business settings
- Strong knowledge of accessibility, cross-platform design, Agile practices, and the software development lifecycle
- Experience with or understanding of product and platform governance
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, testing and quality assurance, and software development processes
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies including SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot is advantageous
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Employee Center, generative AI, and process mining is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Applicants must be located outside the Philippines
- Availability to work in line with Manila business hours, the client’s business calendar, and its holidays
