Description

  • Create telecommunications data models and Customer 360 structures that integrate customer, account, service, billing, and usage information
  • Collaborate directly with telecommunications source systems and customer, billing, and usage records
  • Develop logical and physical data models, database schemas, and source-to-target mappings from business requirements
  • Define Customer 360 models connecting customer, account, subscriber, and service data across systems with identity rules, relationships, and historical tracking

Requirements

  • Telecommunications domain experience is required
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience working with telecommunications BSS, OSS, or EDW data
  • Proficiency in data modeling
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience creating source-to-target mappings
  • Experience with customer identity concepts
  • Experience designing Customer 360 solutions
  • TM Forum SID or an equivalent standard is preferred
  • Experience implementing a CDP platform is preferred
